Yacht Charter Split
Split is the second largest city in Croatia, which draws most off its income from tourism Yacht Charter and the fishing industry. The harbor is a traffic junction connecting the mainland with the islands. The old town is worth seeing. Emperor Diokletian had the palace built in the 3rd century. After this was long deserted, the inhabitants started to settle within the palace walls and even built a cathedral.
The palace was the nucleus of the city of Split. The old town with the cathedral, markets, squares, lanes, shops and restaurants still lies within the place boundaries. Split even has its very own Riviera in the area of Podstrana. The pebble beach is roughly 3.2 miles long with plenty of holiday homes for tourists traveling by car and lots of catering for those traveling by ship.
