Yacht Charter Turkish Coast

The Turkish Coast is one of the preferred Yacht Charter areas in the Med. Yacht Charter crews can rely on good weather conditions and a warm welcome by friendly people.

As a rule the wind tends to blow from North or Northeast, the Etesian ( Meltemi), blowing from June until September, hardly reaches wind speeds of more than 6, even less in the South. The best seasons for Yacht Charter are the early summer, when the sea is already warm enough for bathing, and autumn. But in the hot months of July and August as well, the high temperatures are tolerable for Yacht Charter crews due to the relatively constant wind. On the structured main land, katabatic winds and cape effect have to be reckoned with. And above all in the Gulfs, like the Gulf of Gökova, which is regarded as a cruising area for Yacht Charter in itself, you’ll hardly come across any high waves. You can read more about Yacht Charter the Turkish Coast on the Turkey page.

If you want to cruise along the Turkish coasts with a luxury yacht with crew, we offer crewed motor yachts, sailing yachts, motorsailors and very luxury traditional Turkish Gulets – please have a look at Luxury Crewed Yachts in Turkey.
