North East monsoon (winter monsoon) is blowing between November and February with 2 to 5 Beaufort, the sea is usually calm. The summer monsoon is blowing from South West between August and November. You will always have some rain showers, most rain to be expected in August. There’s no real dry season, weather is warm (except in the hills) and damp all the year long, there is no real dry season. Water temperature is almost constant between 26 and 29 degrees Celsius.
