Yacht Charter Saint Vincent

Together with the tourism, the yachting scene has progressed considerably and successfully: the magazine Caribbean World elected Saint Vincent and the Grenadines “Best Sailing & Yachting Island of the Year” twice in succession in 2005 and 2006. In former times there were hardly any Yacht Charter bases and ports for clearing in and out – in the meantime there are Yacht Charter bases on Saint Vincent, Union Island and among others on Canouan. Ports of entry are Kingstown, Walliabou, Chateubelair, Saint Vincent, and Port Elisabeth on Bequia, Mustique, Canouan and Union Island. The Grenadines are also a paradise of for “boat boys”: vegetables, fruits and fish are delivered directly to the yacht, often handy but sometimes annoying. But the “boat boys” help with the mooring and the guarding of the dinghies. For many this is the only source of income.
